Lovely little bank with excellent staff always willing to help.

The staff are so polite and nice which is this banks saving grace as the last few times I’ve visited I’ve had to cue out on the street for upto 20mins as they are that busy and do not have the counters to serve people

Now thanks to there reduced hours I can't get to the bank . So if you try to charged me for direct debt not going out or affect my credit rating il be taking legal action against your bank . How the hell am I suppose to change my address or put money in my bank to cover my direct debts ..... absolutely pathetic!!!!!

Unable to rate the service as the branch was not open at 9am as advertised. They do not actually open until 10am! I purposely checked their website beforehand as I was in a hurry.

Always found staff to be helpful. Only criticism I have is if I need to get to the bank they're closed by 3.30.

Horrendous service.Had the misfortune of having to use this branch after each Lockdown for the business I work for. And all 3 times its been the same. Every time I've gone there it's been a long long wait. Plenty of staff doing absolutely nothing.And nobody seems to be in charge.I dread having to use this branch

Unhelpful rude staff, whose only priority is making people feel miserable. Closing my accounts after today, im fortunate enough to have the proceeds from my house sale with them....not for much longer. Hello Nationwide.
