Customer service is good in branch but trying to telephone your local branch is near on impossible

Friendly and Helpful Staff also Clean and Tidy

I am not happy with any llyods bank at all always allows fraud to happen and does nothing. They tend to take advantage of vulnerable young people that's I'll, mental I'll, long term I'll and also 7 months pregnant sick and just a joke really!!! I've had enough. Btw anyone with llyods bank I would advise u to actually go in to bank and not ring they are fraud!!!! I've had this going on for years now and they have done nothing. I wonder why? Alot other banks seem to be secure but not yous? I think it's allweird of u ask me everytime when I have my disability money and sick money bit coincidence. I will be coming to your bank and this will be sorted and I think 100% I will be leaving yous for good and I recommend others to do same.

Constantly problems with this branch being open. One day not opened until an hour later. Other day completely closed. Today opened but obviously closed for an hour exactly in the time I need to use it
