Staff are friendly and the décor and environment is business-like and professional. However despite having three service counters only one person ever seems to be serving.

I always feel a bit of a chilly reception so seldom go there

This Brach is Excellent, Friendly & quick service with very good advice . I was able to get answers to my questions that i wasn't able to find on the website.
I don't do on line banking due the fear of getting scammed so don't have access to all the apps Lloyds are trying to push onto ALL customer's

In my opinion it the best beach off Lloyd's Bank
Staff very helpful and nice.
You don't have to waiting too long.
Always they found any solution for the problems.

I have found the staff very helpful. Like going into the branch

Kindly avoid this branch in particular the customer facing lady at the door today doesn't know what she's talking about she says there's no facility to deposit cash into a lloyds customers account by somebody else total waste of time while I have done it at many branches else where before totally confusing all this on Friday August 20th 9AM. Please note she first said you can deposit cash once seeing the cash in my hand after the self service machine said cheques only she changed the story if banks don't they should cleary state in on their doors. Gave a star so I could post this review. Please train your staff how to respond.

Had some issues with Lloyds but the staff in this branch were great - super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Been using this branch for years.
