Me and my husband visited Lloyds Bank to open a new bank account. We met with Isha, who was very patient and walked us through the whole process explaining everything on details and giving us helpful advice when we needed it.
The account wasn't completed on the same day. It took around one more week to get verified, but Isha updated us on every single step. At the end everything was opened successfully and we are so grateful to the lovely Isha that made everything so easy and not stressful at all.

Great customer service, 10/10.
Would highly recommend Lloyds and especially Isha as a Banking Consultant!

Rude staff. Unwilling to assist me even though I arrived 20mins yes before the branch closed. Bank manager is heartless. Just needed someone to check my passport and make one phone call. Now I have no access to money that is rightly mine.

I sent £540 to the US at the Stratford branch on the 23rd to my friend but my friend never received it and then I found out that the bank staff had filled in the account number incorrectly because there were 12 numbers in total but she only wrote 11 numbers anyway I hope it works Asked for a refund but today I called the international department to complain about it but they said they have contacted the staff at the Stratford branch. She didn't admit the mistake and didn't agree to the refund!
You are liar, is it that the information given by my friend is displayed on the conversation record , so you mean that I changed the time or change the information? ? Why can't you admit your problem? And when the remittance was completed, you didn't give me the document to ask me to confirm it twice! These can all be seen on cctv! More importantly, Lloyd's hired irresponsible employees! I'm very disappointed. It's obviously the problem of your female staff, but you don't help me and I lose my money! !

I’m honestly fuming. Went all the way to renew my card as it suddenly stopped working. Went there two weeks ago on Tuesday and the lady told me it was lol done and should receive it in 5 working days. 2 weeks and still nothing. Went to Canary Wharf, the lovely gentleman showed me that it hasn’t been done. Absolutely nothing has been done.

Dont use the cash deposit machines. I shoulda listened to the reviews.

I put a stack of mixed cash but it miscounted a whole £50 note… told the cashier but he defended the machine? I asserted cause I DEFINITELY put it in.

Defeated, he went to the back room and found it jammed.
“Here you go mate,” like it’s regular. Happened to the person next to me too

Worst experience ever… I made application for a saving account online and was told to provide my proof of ID in the branch. When i first went there at 14:00, i was informed to come before 10:00 on the next day. Then i came at 10:00 the next day, they told me i should be back there at 11:00. I came again at the time then i was again asked to come at 16:00. Are you kidding me?? Then i went to another branch at Stratford shopping centre, it only took them 5 minutes to get things done for me. Anyone who see this comment i strongly suggest don’t go there ever

Closes on days its supposed to be open, sometimes closes early, can't make deposits from atms so unless they actually open the doors its impossible. Moving banks.

I had a brilliant experinece with ( apologize me, cannot remember the name of the young gentleman - Kawser..?)I had a bad experience with other branches as still did not have all docs which were required and the behaviour of the staff was not nice at all. Due to I got a new job and branches around my work place are temporarily closed I was unable to open the bank account. This young men understood my situation and helped me to open the bank account during the weekend even tho they are not providing this service. Thanks a lot! :)
