At this branch over the years we have gone from 5 cashiers with a deposit ATM outside and a drop off deposit box in The branch .Now we are down to 3 cashiers ,no deposite ATM outside (you only withdraw ) ,No deposit box inside the branch and a new deposit machine in branch that's not very reliable .For example Today there were only 2 cashiers open .One of the cashiers was dealing with a customers problem which took 35 minutes to fix and at the same time the only other cashier has to deal with The que of 9-11 people . Normally at most banks/building societies if a Que is building up the cashier will call another member of staff to help out to reduce the waiting time ,especially when they have an enquiry that's taking too long .NOT AT THIS BRANCH!. The new paying in Atm is rubbish ,it's either not working ,customers still don't understand how to use it and it keeps refusing to take the money in ,hence why so many people are waiting to pay money in through the cashier.It wouldn't be so bad if the paying in machine was to keep and accept the good notes and only return the bad ones but it rejects all of them and you have to go to the back of the que anyway to pay money in .I qued up today for 30 minutes in a one hour lunch break to pay money in and in that time 6 people tried to pay money in via the machine,Only one customer was successful !! When I finally got to the cashier there was No appology for the wait and the cashier has the cheek to ask me why I haven't used the paying in machine !!! NatWest if you are going to reduce cashiers to save money and make more profit please have one member of staff on the floor to take enquiries like your Gramby st Branch .

Appalling, que is out the door with 2 members of staff running the counters! Most annoying thing is they can see the size of the que but don't seem bothered about it.... Oh they have time to make conversations with customers but not to hurry serving them along.
No support staff has come out to run the 3rd counter.
This bank needs to sort themselves out for offering a better speedier service

Very helpful and friendly staff at this branch. Service at the counters can be a bit slow but not too bad. The staff are knowledgeable and can give good advice on products and services. Parking around the area is good and I have always found on street parking when visiting.

Absolute joke of a branch. Hate having to come to the bank knowing I'm gonna be stuck behind a bunch of people with the slowest staff, or behind a couple people on the single self serve machine (when it decides to work). I've been in three times this week and had to leave every time.

HSBC next door is looking more enticing by the day.

Do not bank with NatWest.Tried to make a large bank transfer and they instantly blocked my card and account. I can never ever get through in the phone and when I do most operators are rude. No customer service skills and did not help with my problem whatsoever. Been told to go into branch with 2 forms of ID yet I work until 5pm but all branches close at 4:30pm. So now my account is completely blocked, I cannot even get into my app or online. This is just ridiculous. Worst bank!!

Always easy to park at, service has always been good for me, I can understand the reviews regarding slow service, only ever experienced once having a long que but you go in at peak time, surely you should expect that with any bank, I'm sure if the people that are complaining were hurried along they would then complain about that, the staff are dealing with people's money and take time and care with that which I myself appreciate. You can never please everyone! The staff are always friendly especially Steve. Keep up the good work and ignore the moaners

Excellent Service by this bank and branch, I was new to the country, helped us to get a new account in a week. very easy registration process. (the next door bank gave us a horrible service) This team is very efficient, but have to name them Harvey & Karen. Harvey at the counter is a remarkable person, very friendly & helpful, approachable, make sure our issues are resolved quickly during the visit. Karen helped us in getting to know more useful products (including credit card) and helped us with the application process. I would highly recommend Natwest to anyone. keep up with the good service.

Big thanks especially to Jas and Kerry. I've been using NatWest for nearly 30 years and they've never let me down. Just recently things changed drastically for me and the team were massively supportive in providing financial advice to help me get my affairs sorted. It was one less worry at a challenging and stressful time. Many thanks guys!
