Brilliant customer service received today from Kamila Kula. Very bright, personable, and highly intelligent young lady. She was dealing with a number customers at the same time and kept on track with everything. Very impressive.Please put a note on her personal file. Thanks.

The Santander opening hours for Saturday at both Croydon branches are untrue as I have just found out to my annoyance having travelled to both to find neither open. More annoying still other banks are OPEN.

The banks now close at 2pm what an utterly silly time to close. Banks used to be about its customers.

The Worst customer service. The lady on counter was so rude. even they do not deserve a single star for review.

If it’s not to late bank elsewhere! This branch is filled with incompetent staff. Their “new” opening times help no1 and every branch is now closing at 3pm making it nearly impossible to do your banking without taking the day off work. Avoid this branch and this Banking society at all costs.

I was left standing at the counter for about 15 minutes. 3/4 members of staff walked past me a few times but wouldn't look at me or let me know someone would be with me and only 1 was serving another customer. I went to the cashier instead and asked about opening a business account, she went to the back and I could hear them talking loudly. I couldn't make out what was being said but could hear "business account" being repeated along with no no no and huffing and puffing. She returned and told me I couldn't open an account in store which sounds absolutely ridiculous.
