It’s not the first time I have a problem with the customer service at the Slough branch. I went in to get a note change, a minutes job. 2 female employees behind the counter. One closed because she’s counting the banks money and the other is busy counting a customers money, stacks of it, millions it seems though. I waited for 10 mins but with the amount she’s been counting it looked like going to be hours. But there’s no sign of the second employee dropping her own counting and serving me, the customer, first. Well, it says a lot about HSBC customer service which is zilch….

Worst customer care and they don't bother about solving customer problems. I have been thrice here and every time there was only one person at the front desk. That too, she is not available always. Wait time is more than 30 to 45 mins. Even after understanding actual scenario, customer agent repeated same computer system rule instead of solving the problem. It beats the purpose having them in first place. For related problem, I was asked to come again even though she knew the solution. Escalated to Mathew and he did not even care to solve. Just repeated what other lady said. i don't know if they are paid based number of visits and want customers to come again and again OR they frustrate the customer to a level, so you don't go there . Frustrating service.

Got okay service, they don't seem to listen to what the customer is asking for. There's lot's of space and plenty of machines and the branch was fairly clean.

Ella is an awesome lady, she helped me throughout the process of account opening. She's polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Hope all staff can emulate her!

The waiting time is way too high. The staffs are supportive and knowledgeable. The lobby area is not that big but can hold upto 4 waiting people. To get my account activated, which is actually a 10 minute job, the staffs made me wait about an hour and 10 minutes which is not acceptable at all.

Awful customer service and waste of time. The setup will have had you wasting your time for 30mins at least queueing to then be told You will need to wait at least an additional 45mins to see the person you need to do one transaction. If you are a business customer wanted to make an international payment do not use the Slough branch you will be heavily disappointed in the staff attitude and lack on organisation. All stations are set up to deal with simple requests such as printing statements or cash deposits which is the minimum they should be doing!

I came in Slough branch and I was very pleased that Suzanne could help me what a lovely lady .
She also rang me this week to check that I had managed to do what I had to sort out Thank you Suzanne .

I have business account with hsbc. I wish i can give Slough branch to minus rateing. Long que for counter service and staff dont bother to help. Only one staff at the counter. Everytime i come to bank there is only one staff at the counter. Thank you hsbc for worst service.
