I have not experienced any service like this from any bank but from Bharti (Ilford NatWest) who really listens and helps her customer above top level as I received a gift on wishing good luck with my new house. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

it seems to me they don’t want to help the client .. I came to the bank branch, and they simply ignored my problem

I can only say good things about the staff of this branch. They are pleasant, eager to help, trained in customer service, and knowledgeable. Sometimes is very busy in this branch but it is out of staff control so don't get mad at them, plus the Bengali 🇧🇩 guy is very nice and gave me the best advices :))

Wanted to withdraw cash (not withdrawn cash in a while) went directly to the cashier but was sent to the front desk to book in with the member of staff who asked me what service I wanted - I said withdraw cash. I waited 20+ minutes for my turn and said to the cashier I need to withdraw cash to pay an invoice. I was told that I needed a copy of the invoice. I said "you made me wait 20 minutes for a 10 second conversation - could you not have advised me of this at the front desk?" lady said "no". Walked straight out in frustration.

Would it not be more cost effective for Natwest to use bots?

Visited bank yesterday like necessary. Staff was more than client, but the boring and not attending for clients. The queue scrolled very slowly ,but the cashiers were uninterested, seeing that were incompetent and did not like their work. This branch like lazy, slow slugs family bank and I never go to this branch again.

The employee (saved head) at the bank entrance has not behave appropriately/ professionally!!!! And noticed he treated differently though to the persons who is big in size and wears formal cloths for example! SAD!
