Halifax

Look, Uber betrayed me. They owe me a refund that never happened. I went to Halifax in Clapham Junction, it was the thrid time I was there complaining because of my "Uber situation". I went half an hour before they close. This time the person who attended me was the Bank Manager whose name is Natalie Kusi. Man, that woman should own the whole company. She was amazing. She listened to me, she was patient, she called to Uber for me and fixed the problem I was struggling with for two weeks. And that multitasking woman attended other people at the same time. It was brilliant. Natalie, if you read this, I'm still impressed. Thank you darling. If I have to open another bank account in England, I´ll go Halifax and I´ll ask for Natalie. She is The Boss.

Although the staff are lovely and helpful, this branch has gone down the pan over the years! It's dirty and pre-covid very slow in getting served because usually there aren't enough people serving... it's the old Halifax 'cutting staff and saving method' what a shame as so much has gone online you'd think that profits would be higher, Look across the road to the new-ish bank on the corner it's a dream in comparison. What a shame Halifax will no doubt just loose customers.

I visited a branch a few days ago as I have had problems with my card. I had been to my local branch a few times and explained to them that I am able to use my card In the shops and the contactless facility, but every time I use the cash machine it does not work and was told there is no problem with my card and I would have to order a new card, but I am dependant one my card, so I was unable to wait the 5 days for a new one. This time I was passing Clapham junction and decided to go into the branch. I was served at the counter by Natalie Kusi, I explained what been happening- she asked if she could see my card and cleaned it with a wipe and asked me try the cash machine and it worked. Thank you Natalie, you have the Midas touch!

Each time I come into the branch I find all colleagues happy to help. They are friendly and always lookafter me. Lady on the counter- Nina has been here for years always looks after me. Lovely branch!

One of the best branch of Halifax where team is there to help they are friendly competent , and given the ability to help [Nina and Nadiya ] always do their best banking with them is hassle free and this is consistent ......WELL DONE and keep up the great work very good customer service.

Horrible service. I went to open a current account but the lady in the counter rejected it with awful way saying that my address proofs are not adequate.

I had an absolute fabulous experience in this branch everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the team. In particular there was a banking consultant named Lisa who was outstanding, kind and very hard working.

Dreadful service and staff. Waited 30 minutes and when I was finally served the cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I have a hearing problem and she started shouting at me in a most appalling manner. Garret Lane staff so much nicer and very helpful. I would make a longer journey to another bank to avoid this place. Will not be going back.
