Right in front of me, the old lady counted the money, she was given by the cashier and it was 20 short.
Not sure what's that about.., I seen it on TV, that some cashiers do that, did not expect it from a well known name like Lloyds tho.
Also, Alan Jeyes, is some kind of manager, greets customers by coughing loud, and louder.
Not something I want to see from a bank manager.

Poor customer service.
I got there 5 minutes before the bank was closing, while thinking that there was another half an hour as it was an urgent need to pay in money. The lady at the counter told me off by saying “if you need to pay in a large amount then try not arriving 3 minutes before we close.” This was rude, I did understand her position but she could have said this in a much agreeable manner.

Staff look dejected and can't be asked. I've only ever popped in for minor issues and they've always looked like they can't be asked. Only reason I'm reviewing now is because I'm in the Barclays bank in Barkingside up the road and the staff are amazing and willing to help!
Never new this was the type of service I should be expecting from my bank.

really bad customer services they gave me last 2 weeks before. one of the female staff did are very rude behavior with me !!! I have never seen before any others loyds branch in the Uk . I hope the branch manager will remove the rude female stuff from the front desk customer service.

Very poor service,I open an account online then I got a message said you have to bring ID,I go continuously 3 days and they said no one is available here this and that,on 3rd day they said you have to wait 1 hour,after 1/2an hour I tell them I have to go inside then they let me to go in ,then I submit my ID and the lady said you can get card in 5 to 6working days ,but now it is 9th day still didn't get.

A seemingly big branch that does nothing, very poor service, you go in and they are very quick to say we don't provide this service go to Ilford, the branch should be closed, very useless.
