FIRST TIME GOING IN AND THE LAST TIME TOO! CAN'T EXPLAIN SIMPLE THING WITH PATIENCE AND VERY RUDE !Had to wait forever to let in even though people came out then staff acting like helping out customer is a burden!😠

Can't give this branch a review as it 'mysteriously and temporarily' closed a few weeks back with no information about why or when it would be reopening. Tried ringing their call centre but they knew nothing other than it was closed!!! What the diablo is going on?

1/9/2022 - it's happened again thanks to "unforseen circumstances" and it looks like they're using the same info notices stuck to the door! People looking a little bewildered and it got me thinking that it's about time I changed my bank. Listen well Nat West; 3 strikes and I'm out!

It used to be pretty good, but these days it is hardly open, hence my poor review.

Current opening times until 2pm only in Nov 2021. Not updated their opening times online and website, only found out its closed when I arrive.
