In general, with one or two individual exceptions, i found the staff to be unhelpful and disruptive. They tend to not take your issues seriously, as if they found you inconvenient, and only take you seriously once you threaten the financial ombudsman. I was very surprised as i generally find natwest to be a helpful bank, but this branch should be avoided whenever possible.

Google needs to allow for a NO STAR rating.

Visited the 3rd NatWest branch in a space of 22 hours because the other 2 (one understaffed and the other messed up) wasted my time.

This branch was unhelpful, made up their own rules and wasted more of my time. When I figured nothing was going to get sorted here, I left and said 'I'll take my money elsewhere' to which the customer service assistant said 'do what you want'. Yeah, keep being that way...

A shame 'really' because I will really take my money elsewhere, my local branch has permanently shut and now I can only go to the ones in the city. But this doesn't work because bank hours are more or less the exact hours I work. The issue I had meant that I HAD to visit a branch.

I bank with Metro as well, much better service. Better opening hours, more staff and if you need your bank card asap, they'll print one in house for you in less than 15 minutes.

I was getting thrown around from someone on the phone to an actual person again and again and again with NatWest.

Finally got my issue sorted after almost breaking down over the phone, the NatWest employee I spoke to that finally fixed my issue has reported this branch along with the other 2.

I wish i could rate with no star.Everything is so slow and no one seems to know what theyre doing.They need help even for a simple transaction.Honestly ive been waiting for 55 minutes only with a lady before me.No qeue and still such bad service!!!been here few times just because i leave in the area worst branch in london

Couldn't make my deposit because there was a technical issue. The note outside the door stated "closed for a short time". I came at 4pm, 30 minutes before the normal closing time. What does it mean to you short time...10 ,20 minutes 1 hour I wonder? One more thing, thank you for not talking to me at the door but through an armored glass window.

NatWest are normally brilliant but this branch was a bad experience . Very long queue that didn’t move in 20 minutes , The four staff appeared totally demotivated , did not acknowledge the customers waiting and were very slow. After serving one customer the cashier just kept shuffling papers and wandering around the bank rather than serve the next person.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK'S ATMS TO WHITHDRAW POUNDS IF YOU ARE FROM THE USA! NO ATM CHARGE BUT THE EXCHANGE RATE IS RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!! LIKE 20%MORE THAN THE CURRENT EXCHNAGE RATE....
