Worst bank ever, the bank staff all ignore you, even when you have an appointment. I suffer from complex ptsd and only once I had a melt down, someone come over, I feel embarressed about what happened. Please be more aware of people, everyone has different situations that they are living through. The lady who helped me after I had my melt down was fantastic. Thank you for your care.

Horrible bank. The worst in the County. Every time when I get there only one cashier the slowest person working on her/his own. Absolutely ridiculous what they doing. One cashier machine always broken but since a year? They are a joke!
But the staff is nice and helpful. Obviously nice after 45 minutes queues

Been banking with Lloyd’s for 16 Years now! This is a good looking branch, however, one set of doors is always shut, for unknown reasons. They’re usually not very well staffed, but the staff they do have are friendly, polite and helpful.

I do like the fact they have a cash deposit machine, so you don’t have to queue to a cashier counter.

Would have given 5 stars if they had more staff and both sets of doors could be used for access.

Lloyd Bank Feltham branch they no help with the customer I go to the bank on 7.04.2022 after noon time was 2:20 but the old lady was not polite & no help

Please change the management of this brunch, the staff is not helpful at all and they close and open this brunch whenever they like .
Today for example they don’t have the system until 2 o’clock

Very unprofessional communication with customers!!!! The lady who talked to me used a very rude tone with me. We really don’t appreciate this kind of service from the bank. And there was this other gent who was working by her side and never pointed out how rude the lady was. Very disappointed in this kind of service provided for customers. Maybe the bank management should look into these throughly. Customer service is very important and the lady should undergo professional development involving customer service.

I was waiting on the tilt around 3pm, this lady approaches me asking me if Im going to withdraw more than 500£ and I said yes, after all I am on the cashier stand. Made me and 2 more clients wait around 30 minutes standing. Later because of a silly mistake I made (she just wanted to make me go away so that she could go home faster) she blocked my account ..... I was 1 day close to get into rent arears because of Lloyds Bank , Feltham employees. I had to go to a different branch in Hounslow to get my bank account sorted, I had to go through couple of steps of verification because of the lady in Lloyds Feltham! This was NOT helpful!!!
I write this to warn all people in a hurry - DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! YOU MIND END UP HAVING TROUBLES LATER!

Worse consumer service ever!Huge lack of professionalism .Don,t bother to ask the manager..... she seems genuinely uninterested in answering your questions, referring you elsewhere, or just half-heartedly saying something you already know and making you feel guilty for asking her and wasting her precious time...if all the offices are like that, I would be happy to change my bank ...
