Pretty small bank. Wonderful staff. Very friendly and personable.

The service at this branch is fantastic. Dawn was so helpful in sorting out all my problems on three occasions and one was without an appointment. She really went the extra mile in sorting out my business. It’s so rare nowadays to get this sort of treatment in the banking industry. A good branch of TSB to use.

Very small branch with difficult access fir wheelchairs. New customers have little privacy for discussion - only one room which was not offered for use so my first meeting in open area. Helpful staff.

Calling to this branch for 2 days in a row, probably left 1k missed calls, no one picked up yet. Maybe great service when you come directly, but definitely worst by responding by phone.

Only been there once but the staff were really friendly and helped me and my dad open three bank accounts for my siblings and myself. They were also able to help me sort my trust fund and despite this being very stressful the woman who assisted us maintained a smile and made it a good experience. Wish I'd caught her name

As a wheel chair user I find it very easy to get in and out. It's a shame this branch will be closing down. I will change to another bank in Eltham
