A mix race or black female cashier behaviour is so rude she stear at you and start laughing
She made me so uncomfortable there is not any other branch close to Romford so thinking to change my bank

One cashier on during lunch hours?! Slow to stand still service. System crashes.

Efficient and quick help anytime I needed. Good staff, nonlong waiting. I am perfectly happy with them. Thanks ❤️

Basic services are inadequate - no ability to pay money/cheques in at the cash machine like most banks offer. However opening hours in no way support anyone who works e.g. closed before/after work, during lunch & weekends. Customer service were very nice, responsive and tried to be as helpful as possible. But ultimately the bank is very behind the times - will be looking to move my account elsewhere.

Bank closes at 16:30pm yet they are unable to assist with anything past 16:00pm apparently as this is a cut off point for over the counter services, arrival at 16:04pm and with one customer in front of me which they refused to assist also, disgrace. With no other services other than over the counter, what is the point of keeping a bank open until the time advertised.

Closed down the romford branch still shows as being open

A total abomination of a branch, part of a decrepit financial organisation that is surely destined for failure based on how they treat clients.

The branch manager and his staff clearly have no regard for the needs of clients. Unhelpful on my enquiry for borrowing, so I went elsewhere and was treated with greater respect. Metro Bank far better.

Avoid, everyone!

No counter service on a Saturday so why open on Saturdays thank god u can put money in the post office as well now I just found this branch is closing May 2022 BAD
