TSB Bank

I have banked here for over 20 years and I can say that the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are always very courteous, polite and always willing to help you. I've not ever had to wait more than a few minutes unlike other banks, and best of all, you can call the branch direct and a member of staff will answer your questions. Best bank hands down.

Many thanks to Paula for dealing with me in a thoroughly professional and helpful manner. The fact I was a bit aggressive and peeved notwithstanding, Paula went out of her way to placate reassure and explain the technicalities. Upon a return visit with additional paperwork to TSB rules, all was resolved. She must have the patience of a saint!

Not happy. Went in to see about changing my name as I have just married, was told no one available and to call to make an appointment. I have been ringing since last week everyday yet no one answers the phone. Total waste of my time, whats the point in giving out phone number if no ones there to answer your call. 😡

One person on counter, manager and other lady looked like they do not care. Took my too long to get served. Tsb always quick before now bad management making wait for no reason

Ms. Vimalpreet Bhullar was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Ms Bhullar was very thorough and clear in explaining all the technicalities of Banking to me. I have been with TSB Hounslow for over 8 years and over the years I did have some very bad experience dealing with cranky unhelpful staffs which made my high street banking such a chore. But today I met Miss. Fereshteh Mohamedi, she embodies the maxim of the good old day of high street banking "Know your Customer" She understood me and my problem and was patient and kind and went above and beyond to help sort out my problem for which I am extremely thankful. This world and TSB will be a better place if we had more people like miss Mohamedi. God bless her.

Very bad experience with this Bank. The rules of the bank keep changing.Now we have to pay £5 for bank Statement copy. I hate this bank.

I was there as my credit card wasn't working and was received a brilliant service by Mr Mark giraud manager of the branch who helped me personally.
