Lloyds Bank

Awful customer service! Went to two different cashier's to help deposit a large amount of coins and both were less than helpful. Called an hour prior and was told that everything was fine and that it could be sorted by machine - got into the branch and was told by a very up-herself woman that it wasn't her job to do that and that I'd have to sort the coins myself into bags (not what I was told over the phone). Went to the help desk to assist but they directed me to a small table that wasn't possible to sort the coins on such a small space. Awful staff, rubbish facilities.

Really helpful today. Efficient and friendly processing of multiple requests.

Worst branch ever honestly why Lloyds bank don’t care for this branch? So glad going to move to Barclays just round the corner they more welcoming and great attuned. Never recommend this branch.

Good service staff with sense of humour

Fantastic service. We needed to go into a branch to verify our ID and address. After reading reviews here I was somewhat apprehensive. We had to wait while the two customer service dealt with one very objectionable client and another who battled with the english language. They were extremely patient and kind and went beyond their duty to assist. When we were eventually helped by Chanay, she was brilliant. Thank you Lloyds for the great smiling friendly service.

I’ve tried to access the branch two days in a row, they said they are closed, even if they let some people in and closed the door. Awful service.
Google saying they are open till 17:09, but in fact they are open till 13:00 or something

I went there 3 separate days and they had closed early. This is a bank! Keep your bank hours! Not good enough.

One of worst costumes service l 've ever experienced . An old English lady with a short grey hair working at the desk as adviser. Cold performance with a lack of sympathy and short temper. Couldn't get her name. Because of her lm switching my Lloyd's to Barclays.
