The worst bank experience I’ve ever had. I have filled the forms, gave all the details amd they booked an appointment but when I came to the branch on time, I learnt that staff who called Maria Satiouri Smith cancelled my appointment without even noticing me. Such a great customer relations and respectful approach to customers! This branch requires urgent action otherwise just a Waste of time..

We find this Branch convenient, and all the staff are helpful and friendly, especially when we need to complete overseas transactions. There is also a carpark especially offered to customers for which we are so grateful. The team work hard to offer the best services during these challenging times.
