Snobby staff members. Would avoid this branch

I must say the are soooo bad! If they can’t help people then they should close the beach all together and never employ this people again. I had to do to natwest Picadilly to sort out my problems.

Couldn't believe that I was in a nat west, polite staff, actually allowed to make a transfer at the counter too.
A bit dated and dark inside, obviously going to shut at some point 😒

Really under- staffed , some dude asking questions about his account for over 10minutes . long que , other lady left for lunch... really bad service had to leave as it would take over
