Staff were all very friendly.
The products are all very simple to understand.
A pleasant visiting experience.

Used to be very good a few months ago but last few months awfully slow; Average wait 15 minutes.
only 1 person at front desk - everyone else ?
Never answer phone
wouldn't even give 1 star now but no choice

Due to restricted mobility I cannot get into the branch. Virgin Money's various 0345 numbers do not EVER seem to have anyone there to answer them. Several times I have hung on 15 - 20 minutes before giving up in disgust.

Opening times altered and not showing on website. Had a day off work and traveled. Is the rest of services shabby too?

Very unhelpful cashier 22/08/22, she was abrupt from the start, told me I couldn’t pay a cheque into my wifes account, gave me 4 paying in envelopes, wouldn’t give me any paying in slips but said she’d order some. And when my wife tried the card this morning, the branch had blocked it. I hope the new guy on reception gets a different trainer than the cashier.

dont try to call virgin 0345 numbers, have tried 3 different occasions now and have had to hang up after 30 mins without an answer each time.

The staff in the Cheltenham office are very helpful and efficient, but Lord help you if you want any information from any of the 0345 telephone numbers or the 0800 number. The efficiency of the isa department in Gosforth is completely hopeless, so far they have taken 43 days from completion of an isa transfer form to start the transfer and there is no sign that the transfer will be made soon. I just wish I had never contacted Virgin and would not recommend them.

Superb service can't fault them. Google hours said 4pm and they close at 3pm. Just closing when wife arrived and they stayed open and served her.
