I'm from Brazil, on 01-04-2013 a person from London-UK purchased a product of mine, he sent a deposit with the bank cloned page with the deposit made​​, and I believed in the Bank, as Barclays is a bank known, now I want the bank to pay my prejudice, because the safety of the bank is the bank's fault, not mine.
Send emails to them and no one responds, like a mafia, the entire database. And I just saw in the comments that this bank is full of problems, including corruption .. and dishonest things. Simply do not respond to anything I ask. I want the Barclays solve this ...

Don't visit this branch If you don't want to spend at least one hour in the queue. 15 people in the query queue and only one cashier. :(((

A straightforward new form and ID check took nearly an hour. I had to advise the cashier what to check for on the form. Counted 6 staff but only 2 cashiers and mine had clearly had never seen the form before and struggled with the p/copier; he finally got assistance from another staff member. Meanwhile the Q grew. Customer service is clearly NOT a first priority at this bank. Thankfully I don't bank with Barclays and now certainly never will.

Empty branch 6 employees walking around. I have to chase them to be noticed. Tried it twice, still had to wait for half an hour. My appointment was delayed for 30 minutes. As I can see from the reviews above it's very common cotuation. Where is management? How it can be accepted by Barclays Bank? Where is standards?

Terrible. No envelopes to pay in checks. Staff is extremely slow and rude, refusing to book appointments or return our bank when kindly asked. Useless people wandering behind closed desk. Noone even bothered to change the clock to summer time since sunday.

Lately, things seem to have gone down hill - the service was not friendly and I didn't feel like the staff really showed any initiative to try and resolve the problem I put to them. - it was like dealing with someone on work experience.

I went to this bank on monday 9.00. to transfer some money
I received the friendly and professional service from the staff . I am very satisfied the service
and hopefully BARCLAY BANK can employed
more staff like this attitude

I have just been into this branch and the girl behind the till was not wearing her mask. It was hanging around her chin. On requesting her to wear it she said there was no need there was no one there and it was safe. This is appalling. She was breathing over my bank card in front of her. Customers wear masks. Why not staff?
