Poorist service ever ! No one to help the costumers to guide the costumers with questions . The lady told me i can not make a payment to a netwest account if i have not an account with them ! This is not true

The Staffs at the reception weren't very helpful, got attitude. They treat people differently.

Very poor service. Most of the staff is ok, but one or two of them were very bad. They have no empathy to customer. They should have been properly trained. Especially the lady with scarf, Kaleda, she should not be working in the service industry at all. Never seen a person so rude, and unreasonable in my whole life.

Great experience to be working here for work experience, I had alot of hands on experience with dealing with customers and also dealt with problems like cards being swallowed and cash retainment. Internet banking is the next big thing and natwest staff are constantly pushing to move customers into a more convinient way of banking, online banking allows you to deal with transfers and eliminates queue time for small errands. I absolutely recommend students to intern here. Atleast you won't have to pay for the bus or your petrol if you bank online.

Very little staff on floor, waited over 15 minutes before being helped, and after staff arrived to help me they were unable to carry out the task i asked them.

During 2 month I was there on Saturday.On website you should be update that bank is close !!!

Cannot praise two of the staff enough, namely Helen and Maria. Put as at ease helped out with our problem and made us feel so comfortable. These two ladies were 100% professional. Thank you

Your opening times in the window are wrong. If you close at 3pm that's what should be put in the window. Stop misleading customers.
