I went there yesterday 5/11/18 because I had a day off “Closed” it said on the door it would be open on the 6/11/18☹️ “Closed”. I’m getting fed up with the place in fact I’m getting fed up with the bank never enough staff. They are quick on sending text when you get close to your o/d. Why can’t you send a text out saying one of our branches will be closed or give 2 or 3 days notice. If your thinking of closing it please do because it’s closed more than it’s open...

Extremely bad rude service! I was made to sit for in hours to wait while the so called manager was supposed to check on my transfer. I could clearly hear she was chatting and giggling with someone for most of the time. The assistant was also rude and I was very very late for work. Shame! Other brunches I have been to the staff at least try to be polite to customers!

Busy chatting to someone,as I passed them,
the staff member told me that her customer was first in line!
You were just chatting and no one was in the line!
Hence why I’m here, next to be seen!
She embarrassed me in front of people unnecessarily.
All because you held up customers being over friendly instead of being aware of the importance of ALL customers.

I'm a self employed builder, im sick and tired of coming to the Chiswick branch and hardly ever open it's not good enough

I'm self employed, every time I go . Never open , had to end up going to a different branch . always inconvenient

Awful place, seems to open and close as they want, I know COVID is around, but it's like the very rude staff use it as a reason to keep the branch closed. my sister-in-law went to transfer some money from her long term account to Barclays, but a new member of staff refused point-blank to do it and suggested she go to the Barclays. My sister informed the woman that she had mental health issues and cannot do public transport, and still the woman refused to do a simple task. Sharon then went to see another member of staff who did it straight away, but no apologies from anyone. Avoid!!

Seems always closed and it's been over 18 months since Covid so why can't you get your staffing together. I work full time, so why can't your company hire staff full time too.
