Barclays Bank

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use self-service machines. Nice open environment. All in all, an excellent Barclays Bank. I don't do a lot of High Street bank branch visiting these days... but it seems they're getting so much better... right when they're all set to disappear!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from a member of staff whom I now believe to be racist. Allowed to abuse customer & complaint was closed within 30 minutes of making to head office & not even investigated so I've closed all my accounts. I wont be banking with Barcleys thanks to Mrs Lorraine Huggins & her disgusting manner all because her husband is ill in hospital & she's had to come into work GOOD :) I have absolutely no sympathy for her now & as I dont know him she has no right to take it out on bank customers!

Be careful she also eavesdrop on peoples private converations she's worse then an animal. Couldn't fault Barcleys until this point & I've been a customer for past 30 years :( Barcleys plc has no respect for there customers. Going to other banks & building societys after this to start transfer I've found that there just has helpful & polite & its not because they want your money because Barcleys are exactly the same apart from once youve been a customer for to long they lose respect for you. & im starting with withdrawning all my saving & closing that down first the very next day. I didn't realise just how 2 faced some of these bankers are :(

Make more money from my savings then I get in interest? Not anymore :) banking is a con the banks dont have any money & the money they do have is all ours :( loans are other peoples money & mortgage is only a click of a button :( our money

Excellent staff, always helpful unlike other Barclay's branches I have visited recently. Never had to wait long for service. Let us hope they don't close this one!

The staff in here are lovely and always brilliant, but I feel sorry for them and the aggravation they receive from customers, as cash desk been replaced with machines, n there never seems to be enough staff that are on the cash desk which makes long waiting times for people that cant use the machines so on. Very unfair also when there is only one person working on the cash desk, needs to be sorted! But assuming machines save the company money as they havent got to pay them a wage! But tbh ud be better paying sumone as its damaging your company reputation

Can’t actually bank at the bank after 2pm because it’s machines only after that time. They only ever have one person on the counter so there is always a huge queue. Very slow always takes a long time.

very frustrating that the time says 'closing at 4.30pm' the the till actually closes at 2pm. This is a VERY bad service when you have to drive so far now all the local ones have closed. Very disappointed with how Barclays are operating their business, shameful actually.

Just popped into barclays beckenham as I was having problems installing my online banking to my new phone. I spoke to a guy in the first little office on the left and he got me back up and running in no time. I didn't catch his names I just wanted to thank him for his time and fantastic customer service. Thank you again sir.

Jack is a great. He helped me today and I remembered him from 3 years ago when he helped me in the Coulsdon branch.
