Barclays Bank

Had to go to the bank for a quick inquiry to open an account. Had been there twice but had to stand in the queue for a long time both the times. There were only 2 staff members attending the customers. Don't know whether this is an usual case.

Long counter queues as usual. Very surprised to see the one front of counter staff walking around in plastic flip flops with a colour ankle chain!! Thought there was a dress code within Barclays!

Just being me and my wife to open a new bank account this morning, the staff were very helpful and supportive. Special thanks to the branch Community Banker Mr Wilson Correia who was indeed of great assistance, understanding and made our meeting successful in a very short time. Well done.

I have to put a commendation here for Caire Headland who helped me to resolve an urgent transaction issue this week.
Claires efforts this week were beyond the call of Duty !

Part time bank, short hours and closed on Thursdays!!! Don’t even have enough time in the day to get the opening hours updated. Arrived there at 14:05 to be told counter services close at 14:00. Website says branch open until 15:30. 1 star too many.

Dont deserve even 1 star. Awful service. Only 1 cashier counter open always. Very slow and inconsiderate staff.

Go to the Harrow Branch instead. Rude and abrupt. Not worth the wait.

Officious, obstructive and unhelpful staff. Very unpleasant experience.
