A small bank branch where you'll get a bit of old fashioned charm and customer service, with some modern tools if you need them. A real font of help when you need it. When you have an account you can also use their lounges in London, which are a godsend.

Because of the current situation and we are all purchasing more online and paying using electronic payment I needed to deposit some cash. All attempts to call or email my High Street bank proved fruitless, unable to get a response. One call to Virgin made human contact and so helpful, called into Kingston branch this morning and all staff could not have been better, happy too, not something I have seen at Barclays for some time. Thank you to all, take care and stay safe.

I have never been into this branch so can't comment on customer service. I can comment however on the hours this branch is open, which are so inconvenient for customers. 9.30 until 4.00 Monday to Friday and closed Saturday and Sunday. So most customers would have to take a day off work to open an account that in most other places can be done online.

The service is fine when you can get it. I am sick and tired of making the journey into Kingston and finding that they have shut up shop with no warning and will be back on the next day. This keeps happening. If they are short of staff they should say so on the website instead of wasting people's time. Virgin should also consider that the people who prefer to visit the bank tend to be elderly .

They change their hours and just post a notice on their door,they do not answer their phone nor change their website!
