Awful: queues out the door at lunchtime; only half their desks open; person who assist those queuing helps people in a random order, ignores lots of people queuing and then disappears. Utterly incompetent and unprofessional branch that couldn’t care less about its customers.

Horrible customer services. Went to the branch to ask about a wrong tube charge. Was told a bank representative specifically that "once the charge is finalized (not pending), come back, the bank will help you dispute it". So went back a few days later, this time, horrible, horrible experience. The bank representative -- an arrogant, young looking girl, who first told me "we can't do anything about it, you need to go to the tube stations to have this sorted." After I told what my encounter the other day, she got impatient when went to checked a with colleague, and came back, again "we can't do anything". 10 seconds later, her colleague in the background shouted "oh, there's a phone number you could call", while the girl then said "okay, you could call the number to dispute". So I replied "I thought you guys would be able to help me to dispute, that's what i was told the other day by your colleague". Anyway, long story short, this girl -- despite the fact I was given the wrong information by her own bank colleague, gave me this bad attitude, and raised voice on me, and walked away from me!!! that's completely unacceptable!! What's wrong with customer services in the banking system these days!!

Every time you come here - expect to queue for ages. Only two people at the counter with a line of people waiting their turn, service is extremely slow. Have been second in the queue for 30 minutes, guess it will be my turn by Christmas. Ridiculous. Same story every time.

Lloyds Bank takes very little care about their customers and is focused only on their profit! The bank provides no insurance or support for victims of financial frauds and tries to do everything not to reimburse their clients, giving trivial and condescending explanation!

Impeccable service ! I came in this branch to confirm my identity to open a bank account. I just waited 10 minutes and my query was addressed. The instructions were very clear and my account was opened just after.

Terrible service and this is just not right. If the staff don't want to serve than go find other job, don't work as customer service. They have zero respect to their job and the customer.
