TSB Bank

Pathetic service. Our account was closed because we paid £8000 cheque in our account. we could not access our own money . We provided them whatever proof they asked us.Its over two weeks and we have not got an access to our money. Could happen to anyone. Feeling so helpless

Super-friendly customer service. I switched bank to​TSB knowing that I don't have a branch in my hometown but Slough is the nearest. Of course, with so much available online a visit to a branch is almost a rarity. It was nice that when I did visit I was treated so well, as a valued customer.

The first bank that opened my account because I had one proof of address. Other banks send me back. Service very nice and helpful. RECOMMEND

I have to take some documents into the bank to be verified, at their request.
Every time I ring to see if I need to make an appointment or can just turn up I get the same recorded response: either use the app or bank online, followed by "goodbye". No option to leave a message. I certainly won't be moving my account to TSB.

Not a real #retailbanking, we are lost customer because they are not able to make a simple international transfer to one of our suppliers. They need 21 days to trace what happened to our funds and the staff does not know difference between SEPA and SWIFT payments. Where is our money? If you are not able to make a swift transfer, stop offering the service!
