Halifax

Very bad customer service - I have been Halifax customer for 20 years with my mortgage and my salary paid into their bank .
I was given an appointment a week ago and was told I do not have appointment .
Time waster. Poor communication

Geeta, the laughably awful 'manager' here, is a woman who is snotty, rude, and a complete lier.

She pretended to be on the phone (I literally watched her the whole time) for over 30 minutes near closing when trying to get a block removed from an account. Then had the absolute cheek to blame ME because she was kept there 10 minutes past closing time (due to Halifax's complete ineptitude!) – all without even getting the account unblocked at all, despite being shown every piece of ID under the sun, as per policy.

She should be fired for her attitude problem, as other customers have commented on. Halifax is certainly not Barclays or Lloyds. Avoid.

Wish I could give 0 but unfortunately I can’t. They make me waste my time calling the number on the back of my card when only they can sort the issues. Thanks a lot! Useless people… never help with anything.

Spoke to Financial Consultant, sadly couldn't answer questions as she wasn't qualified, she was helpful, then spoke to her manager Saff(?) who wasn't sure himself but telephoned later in day with answers, found it a good experience and found staff very friendly and helpful

Halifax in Westfield is closed until further notice. The ATMs for withdrawal only remain accessible.

good afternoon, I wanted to share about this branch:the guys are young and not quite experienced to the best of their youth, but there is an excellent employee ANDY, who is competent, polite, patient, and I have problems with spoken English and he patiently listened and helped me both 1 and 2 times, cheers!!!This is a request to the head of the branch:give him a bonus for Christmas!!!because of such employees, the Halifax rating goes up!!!ANDY, I wish you health and success!👏👏👏👍✊

Says open till 6pm but after queuing for the counter the lady turned around and said no service after 5pm. Useless branch. Bank manager didn’t want to help even though it was a cash deposit to their own bank not able to do online. Travelled all the way from Queen’s Park and told them. Wouldn’t budge.
