MUHITH KARIM didn't want to open an account for me, though I had all required documents, with the excuse that they have to physically see the company I am working for (which is 5 minutes walking from the bank).
Google is not enough proof of existence of a place that serves wine and food in Notting Hill.

Asked to see an advisor for simple request and answer no. Do you have an appointment... So later I called bank to book appointment and they said no need, just walk in. So which is it walk in or appointment. Customer service was poor and not helpful.

i had an appointment for Mortage application with Priyeshkumar Chahwala. He was so kind and very helpful at the same time given me a lot of advices which is good & beneficial. I am so glad to make the application with him. Very fast bank I am so so greatfull

Went in today to make a booking and the assistant manager was really helpful and kind. However, I have to also mention the outstanding service I witnessed the manager gave to a vulnerable customer who was having a difficult time. She was extremely kind and professional. Very good staff

The most disorgainsed Staff ever, illnbe switching banks because of a couple members of staff here. Worked completely against me after all my stuff was stolen and I needed to access accounts.

Says open 9am on a Wednesday and here I am at 9:25 to a very shut branch.

Too slow. Disorganised. Very stupid
