I used the atm and the only denomination available was £10 notes. I asked the cashier for help but they only offer help for Lloyd customers.
Really poor experience considering that the branch was completely empty at that time.

I'm not aLloyd customer and won't ever be considering their willingness to help a potential customer.

I have been scammed by one of the Lloyds bank employees in Edgware. I put money in the deposit box, and after one hour I received a call from the bank telling me that there was a twenty pound counterfeit in the money I deposited to the bank. When I returned to the bank to make enquiries I was given back all the money, but twenty pound was missing. I  was told that the account I wanted to deposit the money to was no longer active, which was false. After this, I went to other Lloyds branch and paid in the money without a problem.

The front desk lady is so professional, however the manager is totally Karen, don’t deal with her.

The manager was rude .
Then 1 month ago no one asked me for any potential ID CARD ANR ALL THE SIDDEN AFTER 1 MONTH THEY STARTED TO FOLLOW RULES . IVE GIT TREATED THE WORST . COUDNT TAJE ANY CASH OUT AND IN THE AND EVEN A MANAGER BECOME WERY RUDE WITH HER WORDS AND ATTITUDE

Unfortunately my recent visit to the branch was very unsatisfactory, the employee I encountered (Varsha) lacked basic customer service and communication skills from the very start of our interaction. It’s a shame that I’ve had to leave this review as the other employees are always lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

Went to the bank because my online payments have been declined for no reason and Noone had any clue why this is happening. They gave me a phone number to speak with someone and I ve been 50 minutes at this moment on hold. What customer service is that? I'm gonna go to another bank where they actually look after their customers.

Very good and fast customer service from the cashier and fron the information desk. I needed printed and stamped bank statements and all done in less than 5mins.
