execlent customer service in this branch.. the staff are friendly and very helpful in every way possible..The manager Jay is a top class manager in this branch and is a credit to Santander.. Not forgetting Sonny,Izzie and Danny who also are a credit to santander and provide an execlent service in every way that they can.I'm very happy with how I have been treated in this branch and how any problems have been resolved.. top class people and top class service.thank you guys

Not open as much as a main branch, but good service

I for one am glad that some premises are still sticking to the covid awareness precautions and allowing only a certain amount of people in at any one time. So good for Santander and the helpful staff at the door😷.
On a general Santander topic but not Borehamwood specifically, It was my first time ever contacting by phone customer service, issue was given a reference number which was texted to me and two days later a confirmation text to confirm completion of issue. So 👍
