Very unhelpful to say the least. It would appear that it's their goal to make your life difficult as possible. Jobworths!!

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. they are just gossiping with each other and unwilling to help

You could update your online page that you are refurbishing the store and you are currently closed so people do not waste their time by visiting for no reason, cheers

Just rang them to see if my replacement card had arrived at the branch and was cut off twice after a short message. What is the point of having a number if if you don’t answer it, it’s idiocy.

3 people seat speaking about they party's over the weekend whit out work I have request statements and they want to charge me 5£. We no need personal in branch if they don't work at all. Branches on TSB are only for decorating the streets. I understand why they have only 1 star.

On Google Maps it's saya it's open but when I got there they said they opened at 12. Can't you just update the opening hours? They wasted my time.

Very rude manager and staff are very lazy and just sit behind the counter and ķeep gossiping to each other and always try and make an excuse and turn customer away so they can keep gossiping

Deposited money in quick deposit with envelope in branch at 11.30am and it's 5pm now and the bank has closed still the money has not been deposited to my account. That's how lazy the staff are.

Everytime you go in the bank looking at the staff it seems like someone has passed away.

Walking in to Bethnal Green TSB is like walking in to a funeral, the staff looked miserable, tired and underpaid!

Both of the counters were free, I went in to put cash and a cheque , the girls in the counter refused to serve and directed me to the machine, there were people using the machine, after a while it broke down.

So I had to come back to the counter again, it took 40sec to complete the process.

Altogether I spent 15mins waiting, going back and forth, I think the management is incompetent and needs training in customer service.

Very upset and tried not to lose my cool :)
