Lloyds Bank

Been banking here for years, and seen a lot of changes. However on the whole a very helpful team, especially the ones that have been there for years. Some of the new starters are not as great. No parking, but a little car park nearby

Terrible service they never answer the phone and sometimes they just cut you off. Will not be banking with these much longer

Terrible customer service. Staffs are not knowledgable and hesitant to help the customers. Will never use this branch again!

Went in as advised by Lloyds customer services over the phone due to a potential card fraud. No one able to help at the branch and all they could do was put in me a room with a call to customer services again. I was left alone in the room on the phone for over an hour. Not one single soul came in to check if I was alright. Imagine my distress! I managed to get someone’s attention while in a queue to speak to card fraud on the phone for over 20mins, and all she said to me was “do you want to phone them from home?”
When I finally finished the phone call I walked out of the branch without any member of staff asking if I had sorted my issues or asking if I was okay. The lack of knowledge, professionalism and sympathy just shocked me!
I gave one star only because this review won’t let me post this otherwise.
