Unhelpful cashiers think they are the boss a simple task of getting a stamp on a letter seems too complicated for them as 'no computers or printers on site!!!!!' Folllwed by the usual sarchiastic sorry!!!!!

Due to covid they come out to you which I understand but ask you what you want loudly I dont want others to know my business I had a large amount to deposit if I had said people would know how much I had on me i could have been mugged

So I joined the telephone queue then opted for a call back, which I got. I explained my issue to a female operative and in all honesty appeared clueless she went off to get an investigation going with please hold caller
AND BAILED OUT BY PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN. A Micky Mouse out fit exist's in welyn garden city wherever that i's.....it's Nat West's call centre.

Absolutely rubbish bank going to join a different bank soon.

It's a shame that I have to give them one star. I want to get my phone app details, which you can't get on the phone and I haven't got access to the internet banking. They've closed my local branch which means I have to drive to another town and now they don't even stay open until 5. There are better and more local banks offering £200 to swap accounts, I think that's what I'm going to do. NatWest used to pride itself on its customer service and ever since covid has done everything it can to ruin its reputation. What a joke, and they want you to trust them with your money??? ... I mean, lets think that one through shall we? If you are looking for a good bank to open an account with, move on there is nothing to see here... literally, it's a wonder they bother opening their doors at all.

Not very helpful cashier's, very abrupt. Customer service not what it should be, glad I don't have to go into bank often!
