Lovely local branch with a fantastic customers service.
For wheelchair ♿ uses you have to ring the bell and a member of staff will help you into the branch.

I have been coming to this bank in the last 3 years and I never had an issue with the services. The ladies who works here are very professional and effective. They might be a busy to time to time but they always try there best to reduce the waiting time.

Why the need to have a locked door if it's a bank? I have been pressing and waiting for ages. Not fond of this system and it's 2019. Shoukd have automatic doors! HSBC, IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

Professional service, very kind and helpful staff. All my questions were answered by Alina Dragnea(hopefully I wrote the name proper). She opened a youth bank account and helped me with my e-banking management by providing a lot of detailed information. I visited this brunch few years ago. I am impressed what they have done so far.

So frustrating and time wasting!
All I want to do is opening a youth account. As unfortunately can't be done online had to go to the local branch. Today went back for the third time and still couldn't open the account! Have to go back again!! Every time you are told a different piece of information! I was told from beginning I didn't need an appointment but today I was told I need one! Yesterday the application was filled in correctly today the very same form is not!! Yesterday I could come back today without my daughter but today my daughter had to be present! And I could go on and on... Come on HSBC....Train your staff properly so that they all pass to customers the correct information! Do you want customers business or not?? This way they will go elsewhere for sure!!

Excellent branch, extremely professional and helpful. I can't tell you how many times they've gone out of their way to help me both personally and professionally..especially Iroilda Kurti (apologies for spelling...she knows)
