I've had a huge problem with my mobile banking but after visiting this branch everything was sorted for me with completely no effort by two beautiful ladies form customer service.

It’s a shame that hsbc is uncontactable at the branch,
I tried to contact Colchester branch through normal routes and through there own call center but all the call center says that it can do is email the branch. What a joke that not even the head office of the “ local bank “ isn’t

Not happy a Business customer.. few weeks ago I tried to pay cash into my account..Cannot do that . Need a paying in book..cool no problem. Tick boxes. Today the wife went to pay monies into the account with said paying in book..Can't do that your not the customer....And yes I do normally use automated machines .But when notes are creased the machine won't accept.

I went today Thursday, 11th March, to deposit my piggy box,a check and some notes,was about 2pm,the lady said i haven't correctly bagged the coins,and offered me some bags to do it myself,also she recommended me to go to the other branch that closes at 2pm,or to try tomorrow. Imagine my face,seen that,they offered to help,wich took less than 5 minutes,as the branch wasnt busy at all.

Why would you recommend a branch that closes in 2 minutes,just trying to pass the bucket.

Not professional,but in the end, helpful.

As a loyal customer,i would preferred help,not solutions for next day.

Not connected with local community procasternators and time wasters better off going with Metro or another challenger bank.
Look for reasons not to so dont waste your time unless you dont actually need them
