I understand were are in difficult times but such horrible and unprofessional behaviour of bank staff cannot be justified. We are business customer for this branch for number of years and today I cannot describe how badly i was treated. Terribly rude staff, shouting and demanding business matters to be discussed outside the bank explaining that with only essential matters can speak with the cashier. I explained that my matter was essential and asked why she is allowing other customers to go to cashier to pay council tax and i am denied such right with my business banking. I asked to speak to manger and she said she was the manager, but she refused to give me her name. Unfriendly and unhelpful person who emotionally abused me outside the bank in front of other people. Shame really, person like this can even be allowed to work with people. Shocked of their attitude, i intend to officially complain to the head of Lloyds bank as she left me humiliated and tearful in front of everyone. This cannot be allowed by bank such as Lloyds! Especially for reputable business such as ours! If any one from lloyds Complaints team wishes to investigate this further, please check who was on duty as a manager on 15.04.2020 at 10.30am, i can be contacted to support this investigation at any time. This was unacceptable and extremely upsetting.

Went in today to get a printout of February statement. After 15 minutes a woman approached me and asked me what I wanted I explained I wanted a printout of my Feb statement. She told me to hold on while she spoke with all the other people waiting but to wait by the main counter which was closed. As I stood there another woman that was counting money told me in a very abrupt loud and aggressive way that the counter was closed. I explained to her I was told to stand here and wait she went on to say that she hadnt seen me in the queue. (with my bright red pushchair for the last 20 minutes) even though she had been at the counter for the whole time that I had been inside of the bank. She went back to counting no apologies nothing I was quite shocked, appalled and alarmed at how she had spoken to me and later discovered that she is indeed the manager so I didn’t waste my time complaining. The other woman came back to help me I explained again that I wanted my Feb statement printed out. I gave my details after 10
Minutes she explains the system is slow and I can have a look at it on her tablet. I explained again that I needed a printout of my February statement. More
Time passes and she comes back to me and says she has made two copies and proceeds to walk away. I look the copies and they are for March I explain again that I wanted February statement only to be told “ you definitely said March” what a waste of time. I won’t be going back to that branch again. More than 30 minutes wait to get one months statement. I had gone to Metro bank just before for a statement they were far busier and I was in and out of there with my correct statement within 10 minutes.

Femi in the Ealing branch was extremely helpful there were some upset customers due to the wait time. Femi handled it calmly and was very professional. Despite the fact customers where being extremely rude to the staff. The wait time was a little long but it isn’t the staff’s fault. Blame telephone banking

Very unhelpful costumer service manager , asked him to explain some terminology regarding an application for a card, he was very dismissive, rolling his eyes and with short replies , left still without understanding the words

Had to submit documents to be scanned to set up my business account , their scanner was so poor that it couldn't scan proper. Imagine trying to be top class bank but couldn't afford a proper printer/scanner. Oh I had to wait 1hr in the queue. Horrible experience

Appalling customer service in Ealing branch. Last Friday morning, there were two staff in the reception area whose job seems to be to see what you are there for and if possible, try and get you to leave! I didn't have a choice but to visit in person unfortunately, and was very rudely and incorrectly told at first that they could not deal with the matter. When I said that I had a letter from Lloyds telling me I could get this done at the branch, I was then told that yes, they could deal with it internally?!! Would someone please train these staff to know what they are supposed to be doing and how to deal with customers in a polite way.

Horrible experience!! The customer service was awful, the person who serve me definitely should work on his manner and how to treat another human!! After 15 years of being Lloyds loyal customer definitely will change the bank. Avoid!!! Don't deserve even 1 star
