Only 1 star as I cannot give a 0 star rating. My business partner and I tried to open a limited business bank account first meeting we were told a senior business bank specialist would need to set this up, in 3 weeks we had no contact and I had to visit brand 2 more times during which I was assured someone would call me back. Still no call.

We have been massively let down by Lloyds do not use.

not professional staff at all.keep lying to a people..My parner is their customer.we have asked them to send us our bank statement history on what they said it is not a problem at all in 3-4 days it is gonna be with u..so after 3 days eaiting we have phoned them.and a few times after that and always was an answer tomorrow,tomorrow,tomorrow.
so after 9 days waiting still nothing..bank staitment history we needed to send to british embassy to one not eu country.becouse of their lyes our brother lost his shance to go to embassy and lost 200£ what he paid for appointment to apply for visa..But of course who cares..they just dont care..they are not responsible at all..

Well, let's forget that to open the business account we spent 2 months of calling and asking what is wrong. However, making an international payment with the special routing instructions is not what this particular branch and bank as a whole can do at all. Incompetence. And the only way to push the payment or ask what's happening is to call bank's helpline, and surprisingly waiting time is usually about 1 hour! All covered by covid excuses! Guys your staff are working from home or from branch, what's the problem, just hire more people, greedy management! 👎

Only one star and that's for the friendly staff.
Opening and closing time are dreadful a bank that is only open for
22.5 hours a week ....... if there was a minus rating it would be -5.

today i went to take account..the manager on duty was sooo helpful .actualy i walked from barclys bank on broken heart of the staff rude attitude.but when i walked to this bank.it was welcoming.the manager was a guy forgten the name .so kind person ..thankyou sooo much lloyds for keeping kind hearted peopl on duty..was soo happy to take an account...i alwyz suggest this bank to my frdz too
