Can't believe some banks are still so lazy they close at 4.30pm. Who do they think they are? Clearly their arrogance knows no bounds, as despite Barclays paying a $453 million fine for their role in rigging interest rates, they still stick two fingers up at customers by closing early. It's as if they're saying "We profited illegally at your expense from fixing the LIBOR, but we'll still slam the door in your face when it suits us".

They don't even know how to scan the documents. I visited them 3-4 times to open my account but at the end they said they can't scan my documents due to some technical reasons and can't open my account. Staff is unhelpful. No communication from their side even if they told that they call you for the update.

so slow! every week we go in to give cheques and its a 20+minute wait for a one minute job. they take the cheque bag, stamp it, stamp the part at the bottom, tear it off to give back and done! but its such a long dreadful wait there!

Really rude person and didn’t give a care about anything we were doing. Rude to us and to other customers. Didn’t help us at all, was only rude.
