Barclays Bank

Best bank, period.

This Barclays branch needs to make up their minds if they are open Saturdays, all other banks in Beeston are open,
We had this problem a few years ago and hey presto, they started opening now they have now decided they will close when most people are off work and need this facility, wake up Barclays

Use to rate this branch, but over the last six months getting to the counter has got worse, queuing to the door now nearly everytime I visit.

Painfully slow. One person on the desk. Been waiting for 20 minutes and still third in the queue

Staff dealt with my query promptly.

No stars. What an absolute shambles this branch is. I know it's closing down but really !!!!
Waited 45 minutes. 1 miserable looking cashier working. Husband waited same time in queue for personal banker. He got attended to first then she told him to sit and wait for a colleague to deal with his query as she had to go elsewhere 🤬.
Waited another 10 mins for nobody to come. Walked out and went next door to HSBC. Opened new accounts with lovely smiley, helpful, friendly , knowledgeable staff. I have been with Barclays for 42 years but they are not having my custom any more and shall be transferring all money soon as possible. Total rubbish!!

Only one on the counter and shorter opening hours. Have you furloughed staff if not where are they. All these friendly adverts, Customer service is none existent?
