Terrible experience. After waiting 30min in a queue trying to do business banking, the bank clerke told me that i couldnt do it all as there were too many days banking. My issue is not with the queueing as i can understand that with the current situation its understandable. All the banks locally to my business are closed and this one is only open between 10 and 1. The rudeness of the staff along with the manager is unacceptable..

staff (rekha) has major attitude problem, she need more training specially how to talk with the customer.

Disgusting rekha on the till has bad attitude she's loud and when your taking money out she will count the money so loud the whole bank will no how much money I'm taking out also I've seen her many times talk so rude to old people she need to calm down if you stress leave but don't take it out on others don't bring your outside issues at work and start being nice to everyone

This organization will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. You’re sure to be impressed! Having been a business customer of the bank I can assure you they do what they say and have incredibly professional and friendly employees. Great bank. I got a mortgage through them and it was a smooth process. They also offered a better rate than all the other banks I looked at. Highly recommend!

Absolute lack of manners. Especially someone called Vyas. She would talk to her community members at length about non banking banter. Never smiled and outright rude. The other boys are OK. Raised her voice to customer in front if me. No wonder Santander is not appreciated by account holders in all surveys. Will use other branches if we can.

Staff very helpful and service is good someone is always there ready to welcome you in lockdown this branch was very easy to get things done and only brach i use until now and very clean and well organised unlike other banks have massive queue wait for hours and hours

Staff were very helpful to sort out all my queries.

Said opening times that it's open until 4.30pm, but it was closed when I arrived at 4pm
