Halifax

Terrible service. Tried explaining my situation as a student with multiple adress throughout the year, member of staff had much more interest in being rude, patronising and lecturing me than helping me. Halifax have some very akward policies with changing addresses and I would avoid them if you are a student.

I have been a customer for years and years.
Went in today to pay in a cheque the clerk didn’t say hello. Didn’t say what he was doing or what I needed to do. Didn’t even say goodbye!

Yet the mortgage advisor I have been speaking to is brilliant.

Looking for another bank For my day to day banking I think.

Undeniable rude and excessively condescending. The male worker at the Help Desk (whose name escapes me) was so rude, brash and startlingly abusive towards people it was a surprise people didn't tell him to shove it. A woman came in, asking to change some money, and he refused her (despite it being a bank AND despite her being an out-of-towner). There's a Halifax close to Euston and they are lovely. Take the extra 10 mins and go there. The Halifax closer to Euston has nice staff and friendly service.
This Halifax, in Camden, deserves to be shut down.

I have deposited £1150, through the cashier, when got home only £1050 was deposited. Not impressed with their services. That’s how they make money.

If you are going to constantly close this branch. At least have a way to pay in money. The alternative branches are far for disabled customers and customers that are carers.

I wish this Camden branch should be closed down permanently and wishing Staffs may jobless too. Neither consider for customers nor Humanity.

Due to the it's late closing times and on the main shopping street, during lunchtimes it can be a bit hectic, but they set the place up to encounter this and was able to manage the crowdiness.

Really friendly staff! I had a great experience today with a real helpful and friendly guy. I think his name was Emile.
