This Bank is closed it is no more I have to travel into Crewe with my wife to do most of our banking absolute Disgrace in fact there are no Banks in Alsager whatsoever or building society's either Crewe or Kidsgrove is the nearest Bank what a joke it makes me weep.

Every time I go in here there's an enormous queue and one person working on the counter. They have so few branches open now, you'd think the ones they do have might have more than one person working in them.

Since I moved from Halifax to Natwest I am very happy with the service I get. The staff are always ready to help and explain anything to you. Everyone is always smiling and nothing is to much trouble.

Opening times: 10am-3pm, closed on Saturday and Sunday... very helpful aproach during lockdown, especially for a "key worker", thanks NatWest. 😃

This bank should be open more hours. For people who work all week, it's really bad that it doesn't even open on a Saturday morning now? It used to.. that was a small help. Why does it not open on even a Saturday morning now??????? Very difficult to speak to a human when you phone. Extremely inconvenient. The in branch staff are very nice and helpful.. just a shame re Saturday opening.

Why Branch in Crewe no't working in Saturday?

This is not my usual branch, I came in to pay for a car purchase locally to the branch. So I have one visit only. The staff were absolutely fantastic, genuine people who were genuinely there to help me. My local branch (Alfreton and Clay Cross) could learn a lot from the great group of staff. Worse customer service I have ever received. One person on the till, queue of people waiting, manager refused to come out to assist a customer and rude staff. I won't be using this branch again. What has happened to the customer service here?
