Lloyds Bank

I have visited the branch provide ID for openunew account.The Lady staff said wait 15 minutes the person who deal with this see us .
I have wanted more than half an hour No one come and see me .While I am waiting another customer came and went into the front customer service room and talked to the the staff who was asked us to wait see this person without seeing us first.This is unfair and dishonest .
Very very sad the way treating customer

Really rude,racist and impertinent.
They misplaced my money into another account and did not apologise at all.
They had no remorse for the difficulty they caused me.
I required the money in time for a medical procedure but was not able to do so as efficiently as I'd have liked to,causing me to feel very stressed.
They laughed with no care or respect for me when I was there today.
It has been a long time since I complained and no response.
They close their branch whenever they want and they do not care.
I have never seen a group so remorseless,pitiless and careless in my life before.

It was unpleasant and helpless
I visited to this branch yesterday to take my money but they asked proof of income. I saw other bank online transactions including my proof of income but they asked printed statements to take money out
At last I couldn't take my money out for my needy. They are useless staff..

Without any reason they will close your bank account, they should keep donky in their logo instead of a horse. Very bad service.

The worst branch I have ever visited! Staff did nothing to help me in my issue. Strongly recommended.

I got appointment but they close the bank because of system not working. They not gave proper information customer waiting outside. Inside staff laughing and talking but nobody came out and talk with customer
