Always manages to deliver good friendly service

Mixed feelings after every visit. The staff are friendly and are sometimes helpful but are helpful as they can be. Would be nicer if they were open an hour longer for people who work in the day. Usually find myself asking how to do things as they leave me to it after telling me what i need to do

Staff aren't helpful at all.

Went today only to find sign on door saying temporarily unavailable. How odd and how inconvenient. This is a major high st bank.

Why on earth are you not open on a sat so near xmas .. ashbys open till 2 and burton , you need a head wobble whos decided that your closed on a sat ... its very inconvenient for people who live local and have to pay money in for bills etc .. I suggest this need looking into at main office .. why are you an exception where the majority if hsbc are open on s sat ...

We have been a few times staff very helpful and help us sort out our requirements very efficiently and pleasure to deal with . Thanks to all staff
