Bad customer service, and they change the attitude when they see your passport, arrogant and unprofessional. And you see so many bad reviews as a respectable bank maybe do something about it?! Or else you are losing customers and therefore money.

Service is such disappointing and disgusting.. I lost my money, someone withdrawn it without my knowledge so I approached bank to report the issue.. they performed some basic investigation and simply said you can't claim your money bank since you can't prove it as it was physical transaction. I visited bank multiple times , I had to argue with that people in the bank just to listen my problem. And you know how their staff treated me ? I received humiliation for visiting that bank for that many times but i had to after all I want to figure out what happened to my money and when it was not me it is absolutely banks responsibility. I ended up not getting my money bank and all that bank process brought me to some trauma.

Was a great branch a few years ago staff new most cystomers by name not anymore staff are hopeless

Large rubbish dump at the front of the branch. No respect for the local area or residents. Boxes have Lloyd's Bank address.

Went at 2:35pm on a Saturday and it was shut. Even though it says they are closing at 3pm. Not to mention I had to rush with a baby..Disappointed. Change the schedule if you’re not gonna respect it.

Llodys bank is good,BUT this branch is very bad. Worst service!!!

Just opened an account with Lloyds, Harrow branch and to my surprise, the whole procedure got completed within 20 mins. The lady at the counter was immensely helpful and professional. Thanks a lot Umang Bhatiya for all your help.

One of the worst experience I have ever had with the manager of the Branch, James Pearson. Mr Pearson refused to assist me with such a rude, unprofessional and impolite way. It is really sad a manager of a Branch to give such a disappointed image behaving with such an unprofessional way like Mr Pearson did towards me. I wish this formal complaint to be raised to the head office.
