Lady that served me was really nice.

Only 1 machine was working for deposits. No cashiers were taking deposits which made a long queue. Just to deposit money in my account took 35 minutes, which was a shame as usually going to Natwest is quick.

Genuinely believe that this is the slowest branch I’ve ever been into in my life. The simplest of queries take an age to get resolved/ completed. Staff are polite and helpful but it’s clear they’re understaffed in the branch. Even a simple pay in request can take 30-45 mins! Would avoid using this branch if you’re in a rush.

Had a phone appointment with a banker and our requests were never fulfilled and never heard back after multiple follow ups
