The staff were ok but the bank itself is useless. My card gets blocked and get told to go to the branch. Staff tells me there is nothing wrong with my card. Card still is blocked. Then get told by the bank again that no one actually logged anything to unblock my card. Incompetent and useless.

This is a wonderfully friendly bank whose staff are extremely eager to help. They welcome regular customers no matter who they are and spend as much time as required to deal with their needs.

Very Rude grumpy staff. Very unprofessional. No customer service sitting inside chatting with each other for long while customers are waiting in the queue. When asked for help they are showing very bad attitude. Worst branch.

The staff at the kingsbury branch are honestly some of the worst workers. Seriously unhelpful and do not know how to talk to people at all. The people at this branch seriously need to be updated, big time!

Just went to submit some documents and I saw two staff one at the counter other one at the back seat. There is no customers and both of the on the there mobile. How At the back seat who on the mobile phone use own laptop as well. While I waiting there information table area walked to counters. There told me we cannot do Our batch just go for bigger one. But it’s not saying there websites. I don’t why there even work there.

My account got suspended and i have contacted to online banking they told me to visit bank to provide documents and i have reached to bank at 2:45 and they were closing at 3:00 today the cashier literally said we can’t help you we have to contact online banking and we are closing so you have to come back after 4 days because there is a Christmas break i have 4 direct debits and I can’t use my card because of the suspension why they are not working even we are asking for their actual job i will never visit this bank for anything ,service is completely disappointed i have wasted my time and direct debit charges because of unprofessional customer service.

They were the only bank after so many set-backs I could actually start-up a bank account with. The staff were helpful and quick with processing this. Much appreciated thanks.
