Always had great service here, the staff are polite, easy to get to and generally served really fast. Not sure why you would leave a 1 star review let alone no reason why?

Staff are always nice. Marked down as ii wanted to deposit money in on a Saturday at 11am and only a ''hole in the wall" and 2 withdrawal cash machines were available, so not really open when online it was stated as open.
I don't trust putting money down a hole with no proof it's gone in.

Headoffice locked our business account " No reason " given. 7 days later after zero income / outgoings things got tight... I kept my cool but with suppliers to pay and customers raving about refunds after days of uncertainty (during covid-19) it turned into an absolute nightmare for us. Luckily after 12 calls Chesterfield local branch did what needed to be done and got an answer and then started the process of Unlocking the account (once required paperwork and proof of receipts etc) : BEWARE your money is not your money unless they say it is And theres no rush from it seems like a understaffed yet vital team.We are lucky not to go bankrupt for doing nothing wrong whatsoever once again (happened 3 x times previously). Have gathered loss of earnings into the many thousands to claim back
